Great Customer Service Platform For The Hospitality Industry

I like that it allows me flexibility in scheduling appointments, as well an ability for my clients or customers can contact us at any time during our working hours; not just when we are open! It also has great reporting capabilities which allow you see what calls were received & how many people called vs emails sent etc.. Nothing really dislike about this product but would love if they had more customer support options available outside of emailing their account manager (which seems very slow responding). We have been able solve issues with contacting patients who do live work orders via phone by having them speak through patlive's system instead- no longer need office staff members taking messages while out doing other tasks.- easy access from computer screen so there isn't always someone else around willing take incoming patient message requests - saves money since less staffing needed to answer phones wile waiting tables / cleaning up after lunch rush.

  • This software is user friendly making getting set uo simple even tho' new using techy stuff..easy enough anyone could use without assistance right away..love being notified thru text messaging too...very organized once setup correctly!!! Love all aspects especially helpful call flow feature!! Easy way tracking info/notes re client visits...great job keeping everyone updated throughout each visit
