I had this product less than 24 hours before it failed. No more than two tablespoons of water escaped, and the humidity in this apartment is ridiculous. So I decided to put it in a very humid room to see if there was a difference. no What's worse, it doesn't warn you that it's down. It just blows air. Therefore, you wonder if it worked or not, until after a few hours you realize that the water has not been drained from the room. So I figured the air purifier probably wasn't working either. I have a good air purifier in another room. I decided to turn it off for a day and just leave it on. It was obvious that the air purifier wasn't working either. When I got home that evening, the smell lingered in my apartment before I bought my first air purifier. So I thought maybe customer service would help. I thought maybe a review saying how great the customer service was would work for me too. This didn't work either. 4 days later and two letters later. I didn't get an answer. I thought carefully before deciding to leave a bad review on a product. This may affect the business of this company. But I gave this company over 5 days to reply me. It's obvious that they don't care about their customers. Because in addition to being polite, I emphasized the importance of having this in my apartment. I'm sure the reviews are wrong. Don't waste money!
