The best way to increase strength.

Years ago I scored extremely low on a grip strength test, and later I saw a video referencing a study showing people who did grip strength exercises increased their major lifts by about 50% in a very short time (months?) if they already had a very weak grip.I would agree, with the extra condition that gripping and twisting this bar works out your entire upper body and not just the grip muscles. You could probably get away with just this bar to work out your entire upper body, depending on how you grip it.
