Get the Green Cando twist if you need the Blue Thera-band twist

The Green Cando twist is the equivalent of the Thera-band brand color BLUE.Also note that the 12 inch length is a bit shorter than the Thera-band brand twist.

Pros
  • Medical Supplies & Equipment
Cons
  • May not be suitable for individuals with allergies to certain materials

Great for tennis elbow

My arm was hurting from using an impact drill everyday. After a few weeks of using this it started to feel better. If I forget to use it sometimes the pain returns

Pros
  • The Twist-N' Bend bars are designed to be used anywhere, whether at home, in the office, or on the go, making them incredibly convenient
Cons
  • May not provide enough variability for individuals who are looking to increase their strength

Great for Watching TV

I don't think I needed the whole set, but they are easy to use. I have one at my Lazy Boy and my office desk. I use the middle two for most of my exercises. They help strength my hands and arms. Appear to be very durable and should last a long time.

Pros
  • The bars can be used to relieve pain in various parts of the body, making them an excellent choice for people who suffer from chronic pain or discomfort
Cons
  • May require additional instruction for beginners

Great for Tennis elbow

This is a tool that works very well for tennis elbow. I'm not sure of any other uses, but if you are trying to recover from that, I recommend this.

Pros
  • Works exactly as described. Exercises really help with tennis elbow.
Cons
  • May take up too much space in a small home gym

This helped to get rid of arm pain

I was doing some reverse curls with a heavy weight and really stressed out the outer tendons near my elbow on my arm. Had ongoing pain there for over 2 months. Tried this rubber bar and it hurt a little using it. Used it for a few weeks. Pain in arm eventually has gone away. It won't cure you immediately but did help to get rid of pain over a period of about a month. I would use this maybe every other day but expect to use it for several weeks before noticing improvement.

Pros
  • Buen producto
Cons
  • May not provide enough variability in exercises

Harder than medium for my opinion

If you’re used to the theraband green, this one is a little stiffer, not as flexible. Still a good value but be prepared. Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • Was a little stiffer than expected but all in all great product
Cons
  • May not be suitable for individuals with arthritis

Works as well as a Flexbar @ lower cost

Am rehabbing my wrist from a pretty serious accident back in Sept 2020. Started with a yellow bar, now have moved up. It has really assisted me in building my strength up in my wrist but, still have long ways to go.

Pros
  • It really helped My tendinitis
Cons
  • May not be effective for certain physical therapy exercises

Progress in range of motion.

I broke my elbow. I have a FIVE STAR ⭐️ Occuptional Therapist who recommended the bar. I've only used it for 3 DAYS, but the improvement in my range of motion and strength is SUBSTANTAL! I highly recommend its use if your arm has been in a cast.

Pros
  • Worked well...
Cons
  • May not be as effective for individuals who are looking to lose weight

The best way to increase strength.

Years ago I scored extremely low on a grip strength test, and later I saw a video referencing a study showing people who did grip strength exercises increased their major lifts by about 50% in a very short time (months?) if they already had a very weak grip.I would agree, with the extra condition that gripping and twisting this bar works out your entire upper body and not just the grip muscles. You could probably get away with just this bar to work out your entire upper body, depending on how…

Pros
  • Arm Exercisers
Cons
  • May not be suitable for individuals with osteoporosis

After fracturing my right wrist I lost a lot of grip strength as I wasn't using it often. When it came time to start using my injured wrist again I wanted to regain my grip strength. I found that most conventional methods/exercises were quite bothersome for my wrist, so I heard this would be a great option. Not only did it help me regain, but I was also able to improve my strength from the baseline I had. Gripping these bars makes it easy for consistent training as I didn't get anywhere near…

Pros
  • Occupational & Physical Therapy Aids
Cons
  • May not be as effective for individuals who are looking to increase their cardiovascular endurance

XX-Light? No way good for me

This is described as "XX-Light" (tan), yet it is MUCH more difficult to bend than DMoose's "X-Light" (yellow). If you are weakened with arthritis like me, this is NOT a suitable starter for you; using this would be too much too fast. But I am hoping to progress enough to someday make it usable!

Pros
  • requires strength
Cons
  • May not be suitable for individuals who require a more structured workout

Great value in my review

Great price for the set! I didn't give the product 5 stars because the latex rubs off on the user's hands but maybe they all do when they are new (?)These have helped me treat my patients with epicondylitis and tremor control, so that they have gone online to purchase their own (single) bar.

Pros
  • The Twist-N' Bend bars are lightweight and portable, making them easy to use and carry around
Cons
  • May not be suitable for individuals with certain injuries

Great for tennis elbow!

It did its job! Although the blue was a little firmer than I would have liked, doing the exercise with this cured my tennis elbow in less than 1 month.

Pros
  • The bars are suitable for people of all fitness levels, making them an excellent choice for anyone looking to improve their overall health and well-being
Cons
  • May not be suitable for individuals with high blood pressure

Smiley Face Workout

I like that this item can be used in several wrist and hand strengthening and exercises it does have great pushback support

Pros
  • Just what I needed!
Cons
  • May require additional accessories for proper use

Still using it after 2 weeks.

That's about all you need to know. Amazing invention. My wrists, arms and fingers all stronger. I play guitar, and it is one of the few things that seems to help strengthen my left hand for barring.Liked it so much gave a set to each of my kids.

Pros
  • Great product as advertised
Cons
  • May not be as effective as traditional weight lifting

I recently broke my wrist and my physical therapist asked me to purchase the condo twist and bend exerciser to use twice daily for wrist strengthening. The red version had enough tension so that I could feel the stretch - but not so much that it hurt to use. I am improving daily and enjoy working my wrist with this multi use product. You use it to stretch - to roll out collagen and to strengthen.

Pros
  • With these bars, you can work on multiple muscle groups at once, making them a perfect choice for anyone looking to get a full-body workout
Cons
  • May not be as effective for individuals who are looking to improve their flexibility

Extra Heavy is TOO heavy

Many of the reviewers warned that the Black bar was too stiff, but my ego said I could use it. Wrong! There is no way at all I could use it for doing Reverse Tyler twists for my Golfer's elbow. Maybe it has a purpose if you only want to bend it in a U shape. I returned it.

Pros
  • The bars are designed to aid physical therapy, making them a perfect choice for those who are recovering from injuries or illnesses
Cons
  • May require more maintenance than other gym equipment

Works great for intended purposes

I bought this for my husband, at his request. For years he’s had trouble with tennis elbow. It was recommended to him to try using this. Within the first month of semi-regular use, he’s finally quit complaining of tennis elbow pain multiple times a day.

Pros
  • Everything
Cons
  • May not provide enough resistance for advanced athletes

CanDo Great Isometic

Good product - Black requires the most strength. Comes in different strengths, see the post I did for the Blue CanDo Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • Just had surgery and used this in therapy. It was great and I purchased one for myself!
Cons
  • May not be suitable for individuals with balance issues

Cando stick for strengthening wrist

I learned about the Cando stick at my Physical Therapist visit while being treated for a tendon issue in my wrist/base of the thumb. I was given six basic exercises to do so I could strengthen my wrists and get back my grip. I was pleased to see that Revain carried the Cando stick and immediately purchased one to do the exercises at home. The price was great, too! I'm happy to say I was released from PT.

Pros
  • DEVELOP ARM & WRIST STRENGTH - Build powerful arm strength with CanDo Twist-n' Bend flexible resistance bars. By simply twisting or bending you can strengthen the muscles and tendons in your hands and arms to improve strength and coordination.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for individuals who require a low-impact workout
