I have a KL430 intelligent light bar. The light works and setup was easy. The only flaw is that the presets in the app don't work. It assumes that you can click the plus sign (+) and the effect will be saved. It doesn't work at all. I called support and they didn't seem to know anything and told me they would turn it over to the engineers and they would email me the same instructions I did. I hope it isn't. hoch.UPDATECustomer support leaves a lot to be desired. They keep asking for the same information and don't give any answers. Useless. TO UPDATE. The light bar worked for 5 months, then there were problems. I spent over an hour "chatting" with tech support before they said the device was faulty. $14.90 for returning the defective product. Now I'm waiting to see what happens next.
