This is an identical replacement for Grand Design OEM switches. I had the dealer install a fan in the bedroom of my new RV. They were powered by a light switch controlled by the switch, so the fan only turned on when the switch was turned on along with the lights (yes, that's right). So I bought two of these and lined them up for each light so I could turn the lights on and off individually. They came in quickly after creating and setting up the holes. These are not hot switches. I don't need them as they were installed in the bedroom. At $10 each they were expensive in my opinion but they seem to be of good quality. I recommend them if you need them for your RV 12v switch.
