I like that it works so well, even when we don't have any data yet or are just getting started with our business. It can handle anything from basic email communication, sales leads, customer surveys- but also has some really powerful AI tools if it gets too far out of hand. Some of those require more hands than would otherwise be useful/necessary. Also there is always something new to learn about how best to utilize this tool. If you're looking for an extremely versatile tool that will grow along with your needs as they change over time-- EON Direct fits the bill here. Email correspondence between clients, prospecting, managing client relationships; survey design (and distribution); lead generation, etc.- all these things are better handled by this software then what we used to do manually before eons direct came around. I like that it is very user friendly, all of our doctors are able to see patient information in one place so they can make decisions faster which helps with quality outcomes! There could always more options when viewing certain reports/sections but overall this product has been great thus far!! We have seen an increase from 50% compliance rate prior using other software products (which took hours per day) down at 3%.
