The best thing about Witbe is its ability to monitor the Quality of Experience delivered to the end users. The service allows us to understand the impact of the service on the end users and identify the areas of improvement. There are certain limitations on the UI which needs to be addressed to make the tool more user friendly and intuitive. The other limitation is the lack of integration with the other tools like Pingdom. I would recommend Witbe to any organization who are looking for a comprehensive solution to monitor the end user experience. We are looking to identify the impact of the system on the end users and help us understand the areas of improvement. The best thing about Witbe is that it helps us understand the impact of the service on the end users.
