I've been looking for a good-looking, strong basket for my new bicycle and when my black Colorbasket arrived I wasn't disappointed. The bracket was easy to attach and I love that the basket can be removed for shopping, storing, whatever. Unfortunately, my bicycle was stolen last weekend along with the bracket. I contacted Colorbasket customer services to see if I could purchase another bracket and they quickly responded to let me know that a new bracket was being sent out to me! No mention of a charge (which I would at least expect). Thank you Freddy F and Colorbasket for going the extra mile. After the theft, you have restored my belief in humanity. :-)
