Fuse does not terminate circuit on adjacent screw terminals. Instead, the large + terminal connects to one side of the fuse block, and the fuse completes the circuit to the positive screw terminals. This is non-standard and not intuitive. I had to disassemble the block to find it. Also, the busbars and terminal blocks are very close together and not properly insulated to avoid the risk of a short circuit. I cut out the metal at potential contact points to reduce risk. After all, the negative side is meaningless. This could be done with a large terminal with equal success. There is no value in the row of screw terminals on the minus side. Once you've grappled with the odd design, you can adapt - but more than one power draw won't work.
