Review on GetHelp by Nick Ross

I like that it allows you access from any device so no matter where my students are or what they're doing at home/school there's always someone available for support! It does take some time getting used but once its set up correctly everything runs smoothly!! We have had issues recently when trying to do reports which has slowed down our work flow - this could be because other users aren't using their licenses as much anymore (which makes sense considering how easy gethelp was) however if others were not able to solve these problems then i would recommend contacting customer service about possibly upgrading them all together? This program helps us keep track easily by allowing multiple people within one school system to login into 1 account & view different items such as grades etc throughtout several schools simultaneously instead of logging each student individually everytime something needs changed. Also being online 24hrs 7days gives me.
