Quality is good. Doesn't work when handle moved to sprayer

I have bought 2 of these so far and I thought the first one was just maybe a fluke defect. The quality was so good, I decided to give it another chance and purchase a replacement. Neither of them worked. I move the handle to the "Sprayer" function and nothing. The shower head works, but nothing from sprayer when handle is moved to select. When it's in the middle, they both come on. If this company has any idea how to fix this, please let me know, but I'm returning the 2ND one I bought. Sorry, but I tried.
