Actually useless in medium setting because very little water flows even at high pressure and high flow. The main flow path of the showerhead is severely restricted with just two small, off-center holes. This asymmetrical hole has a negative effect on the shape of the shower head. Quality, logic and imagination

Products often lack quality, logic and imagination. With my previous one, it was extremely difficult to move to another position. It was on the left and required extreme effort. It could be rotated 180 degrees to place the controls on the right and the handheld shower hose on the left. It also allowed the hand shower outlet to be turned face down. Great adapter for adding an extra shower head.

I bought this adapter because the bracket on the second shower head connection needs to swivel. This is the only one I've found that offers this great feature. I think the connector was meant to connect a hose, but I wanted something to attach a rain shower head. Control lever smoothly and easily switches flow from handheld shower to handheld shower. It's even better if a small amount of sanitary grease gets into the moving parts. I measured the flow rate of the water without the shower head attached which was over 3 GPM. at our house pressure of 60 psi. We have had a hand shower in the past and liked it. But it cracked, so we replaced it with a solid head, which was very good, but to be honest it didn't clean some hard-to-reach areas of the body. a soap rack hanging from a shower pipe coming out of the wall and all the hand holders had hoses going straight back into the soap rack.
