Products often lack quality, logic and imagination. With my previous one, it was extremely difficult to move to another position. It was on the left and required extreme effort. It could be rotated 180 degrees to place the controls on the right and the handheld shower hose on the left. It also allowed the hand shower outlet to be turned face down. Also, it has a control lever that requires 1/10 the effort. Thanks to Revain for their very liberal return policy I was able to buy and return a few others until I got this one.
