Well I don't know what's preventing the remote but I can't remotely change anything on the light bar, I have to go to the TV and point the remote at the back of the TV, to change the light. I moved the censorship to different areas of the TV but it still doesn't work. Then there are times when the lights just start changing color on their own when they switch to music mode for no reason either. I don't like the app either, the light also starts to change as it's used from time to time. I think I'll return it and order the version from GoVee that should stay with them.
