Review on 🖥️ Dell UltraSharp U3821DW Curved Monitor: Immersive Display with Built-In Speakers, Anti-Glare Screen, Height Adjustment, and USB-C Hub by Phillip Dixon

I bought a Dell U3821DW from a Dell store. Came in unbranded packaging. The packaging was actually very impressive and showed no external signs of damage, but there was a noticeable cosmetic dent on the VESA monitor mount stand that was not the result of shipping. The monitor itself works perfectly. (This is my second 38" Dell Ultra Sharp.) This is where I learned that the company I was dealing with was not Dell, Inc., but a separate company called IT Electronix that used/refurbished Dell -Products sold. There were no instructions. this status on the Revain website. Also, I may not have a warranty from Dell, Inc. IT Electronix was unable to replace the VESA mount monitor base as they had no other units in stock. They did offer to return it, but unfortunately I had already repackaged it. They also offered me a refund if I could find an intact VESA mount monitor stand. So interacting with IT Electronix was reasonable, albeit unexpected as I thought I was dealing with Dell, Inc. I'm not against buying used/refurbished equipment, and even equipment with cosmetic defects, but all of this should be clearly stated - especially the warranty issue. I will keep the monitor and try to fix the cosmetically damaged VESA. monitor stand.
