I can easily access the data and use it to create targeted content, as the data is comprehensive. I can create content and upload it to multiple channels. Also, I can target with this data, which I found very useful when creating my product pages on Amazon and Facebook. There are two things I dislike about this product; one, the data is not updated frequently. This is a great data source but I don't know when it is updated. I think this is a great data source for targeting the right audience. I am using the data to create content and I am able to target audiences in a very granular manner. The ability to link to our database and pull customer data into Marketo. IRI Audiences has been a great partner to our agency and our Marketing team. I wish there was more data to pull into Marketo, and the ability to have a better look at the data. We are pulling data from our database to Marketo and using it to create custom segments. This allows us to target specific audiences with specific offers.
