Review on Replacement Trailer Brake Controller Module by Shaylon Bateson

Installed correctly. Enabled with Forscan and immediately got "Trailer Brake Module Error" on the dashboard. However, there were no error codes on Forscan. I connected a trailer and it no longer recognizes that a trailer is connected. I have sent the company an SMS requesting technical support as stated on the product packaging. It's been four days now and all I've gotten are emails from three or four different people saying they're working on a problem but asking me to tell them exactly what the problem is. is. And all in the same email thread. I give them a problem and make a model. Then a new person responds and asks the same question. New update, two of the same people emailed me again from the same thread asking me to describe the problem and ask what car it is. Ridiculous. i give it back
