I have waited to use it until it has been used regularly and it is still PERFECT! Great product and I highly recommend it! I ordered this to replace a broken hose. I'm an elderly woman living alone with NO construction maintenance experience whatsoever! I was very afraid to install myself. {Ideas of having to replace the entire plumbing system crossed my mind more than once} LOL Moving on to my review: It was SUPER SIMPLE AND SIMPLE! The only tricky parts were the caps to protect the ends. Two at each end. The first is easily removed. It's pretty tight inside. I don't advise trying to pull it out with a fingernail (I broke mine on this step). I used the tip of a steak knife again and they popped right out. I wrapped the pipe coming off the wall in teflon tape (it was recommended to me {FYI, teflon tape isn't sticky like any other tape}). Then I literally manually screwed the hose to the wall pipe and massaged the shower head and voila! No leaks, works better than before! Plus the long length is GREAT for rinsing my grandkids off and cleaning the back of the tub and shower walls. It's long enough that you don't have to use the shower head like a water gun and spray everywhere! BONUS! Anyone with no experience can install this product! And the best thing is, it's well made, very light and still holds up very well!
