This experience was the worst. I bought this machine because it had excellent reviews and from the description it was very simple and easy to use. I'm not a super tech person so feel free to take this with a grain of salt. After purchasing the machine I realized that this is absolutely not a plug and play printer as the description suggests. I've spent a lot of time on the internet trying to figure out how to get an internal Mac software called CUPS to work with the machine. OWL POS (the company I bought it from) didn't have a setup guide, which honestly I should have expected given it's been refurbished. I watched YouTube and spent a lot of time on the Zebra and OWL websites. I contacted OWL who sent me links to the Zebra website (very useless although as a small company they have to draw the line somewhere). After downloading and reading a few manuals/manuals for the printer I finally called Zebra. They were helpful and sent me a link to set up CUPS manually. I was finally able to set up CUPS, but couldn't get a PDF or other type of document that I wanted to print at the correct size or print the entire image onto a sticker. I've spent so many hours on this. so many hours If you know what you're doing then this is probably a great product for you, but if you're not tech savvy and don't enjoy the extra time you know it's not necessarily a plugin for Mac. go situation. I have to say that OWL POS was gracious and didn't charge me the 15% restocking fee they have in their return policy which was a pleasant surprise. That would be a shame and I appreciate your generosity.
