It originally gave 5 stars and it fit perfectly and was much more comfortable than the original V1. Now, 8 months later, the entire interior is broken. I've tried putting it back together but it's like trying to herd cats. The spring loaded parts won't stay in place and it's useless now. Seriously, I haven't used it much. I live in New York and only drive on the weekends and even then I rarely use a V1 unless I'm on the freeway, which is even more rare. So maybe I plugged and unplugged this item less than 100 times and it broke. very bad quality.
