We've had this blanket for a little over a year. The first time we washed it, it curled up a bit. Every time we washed it afterwards it got worse! It got so bad all my clothes were covered in lint, little balls of lint on the floor, so many balls of lint stuck to it we can't use it! It's so soft and we loved it, but we just can't live with this whole mess! I know it's been a year but I think we must have received a defective blanket. Anyone know how to get it back so late? Or contact support? I received an email saying they would replace the duvet but I have not received it yet. It was March 6th! We offered to return it, their email said no they will replace it, still haven't gotten a reply to my reply.
