The advantages of this armrest are that it's comfortable, nice looking and easy to use. The downside to this armrest is that it can't be adjusted for taller clients, which is really important as it pushes their shoulder blades up and doesn't relax their shoulders and doesn't velcro directly where the front strap hooks You cannot receive facial support after this. You have to move it a little to the side, into the non-velcro area, which makes it stand a little crooked (at least for my table it is, check yours first as it's a little annoying when it's not level).
