I gave this blanket a try. The product was very nice and well made, no complaints about it. The fabric is soft and of good quality. Here is the thing about weighted blankets. they are not for everyone. You would have to like the feeling of constant pressure on your body and being cocooned like a baby in a swaddle. It will keep you very warm too. I tend to flip from side to side at night and found my movement a bit restricted from the extra weight. I had pushed it off me at some point due to being hot and restricted. Also, if you are a back sleeper, which I am at times, the weight does push down on the feet which grew a little annoying to me after a while. Final thoughts - I found out that I am NOT a good candidate for a weighted blanket. If you are, this would be a very nice blanket. NOTE: Select your blanket weight wisely, more does not mean better.
