Good but not perfect
In use it sometimes differs by a degree or two from other non-contact thermometers I own. Sometimes it gives the exact same, potentially accurate, reading when used on multiple other people, which is bad in a fast-paced environment. The only benefit I see is that it gets you back up to a person's pace very quickly compared to others. The rest of the accuracy is questionable.
