I like that we can see from our own information how much risk there is in different segments of your organization or process; you also get to know who has access rights with which people/groups etc.; this helps us decide if it's worth investing time into getting training for them (and make sure they understand). Some aspects are more difficult than others when trying out new solutions but as always things improve over 2+ years ;-) - The software itself could be made better by adding some extra features / fields such integration wtih other systems would help solve certain problems quicker!
