I love that it pulls in all different kinds of information from across multiple platforms like Facebook & Google Analytics as well as Twitter API's to pull more specific analytics for my restaurants' social media pages! It can be hard at times when you are trying to get reports together but if your looking into this product then give them time they really do work very quickly once set up correctly (I have seen their support team help us out plenty!).

We use black box intelligence mainly because we want our business owners/managers to understand how each page or post effects overall success online so there aren't any surprises later down the road regarding content strategy etc - however not every one has an understanding about what works best where-to create better ROAS which means increased profitability. The accuracy in determining whether or not an offer has been seen by our guests as well tracking their path through check-in to payment are two things I like very much about this program for us! We have only had one issue that they resolved within 24 hours via email so far but we continue using it every day without issues because there's no way you can go wrong if your intention was always good faith support from these guys!! Nothing at all.
