I bought this to eliminate pet smell as I am allergic to my cat. When I received it, plugged it in and ran it for 24 hours I could already see a difference in the air in my bedroom. I have had this product for 1-2 weeks. I've waited to write a review to have enough time to test the product. I leave it on during the day and turn it off when I go to bed. I ran it yesterday (March 19th) and noticed an odor, almost like the smell of a wet dog. (I hate the smell of a wet dog) I turned the product off and "let it rest". I took out the filter and checked it and it was still very clean. I ran it today and the smell is still there. Also, the shipping was fast and the air purifier I received was green.
