Needed because a screw on my original came loose and the clip holding the window broke. Instead of the hassle of trying to just replace the plastic clip, I went for this easy plug and play replacement! Converted my engine to it with the original equipment, reinstalled and bolted on. The first time I watched a video on YouTube and then successfully tried it in 30 minutes. If I had to do it all over again, I can do it in less than 10 minutes! Two tips: - Be sure to remove the screw covers from this new part before installing it in the door. - If the window doesn't sit as straight as the second window, it's because the plastic clip is a little tighter and will naturally adjust after a week. Great quality and packaging, would order this for my other door if I experienced it again!
