Review on Prifma by Mark Walsh

Our organization has been working with them for almost 3 years now since they were recommended as consultants from another vendor. They helped us set up our DR plan (and its implementation). The support team was always there when we needed their assistance solving an issue/query related to planning or implementing DcDR systems! Sometimes it's not easy being transparent between clients but with this service provider everyone is at par - including the Project manager-to be addressed if ever any problem crops!! There have also no complaints regarding billing issues that I am aware off yet.- Their prices are quite competitive given all services offered - so far everything seems great thus cannot find anything negative about PRIFMA either. This post will go down my memory lane because i worked mostly hands free during most part of 2014 while doing project work outsourced via third party consultant agencies. I like that we have access 24/7 for our clients when they need us most! The customer service is excellent as well with helpful support staff always happy-to assist via email or phone calls at any time day OR night!! Sometimes it can be frustrating having some issues take longer than expected but their team makes sure you are taken care off promptly so no worries there. Our IT department has been able solve problems faster thanks all around great experience using this product. !
