This back card works great. Pros: The multiple stings of the horns lend themselves well to scratching, much better than one of those hand-sculpted back scratchers. The scratch area in the form of a hand in one go is very short and limited. But with the "Moogy", elk back scratcher, once you've found an itchy spot, the horns provide longer scratch time at that spot in a single stroke than hand-sculpted scratches. very rough fingertips and sometimes they really start to scratch or tear the layers of skin. I think it's due to the thin fingers of these little hands and probably the way they're made. But "Moogy" horns aren't sharp and rough, they're blunt enough not to tear or scratch bare skin if it's really itchy. It's nice. Once you get that intense itch, look for comfort, not pain. I've found that the angle of this scraper helps when scraping up and down my back. It also scratches my shirt well (when I scratch my back in my shirt instead of tucking it underneath to scratch). After all, this is a great American product. Cons: thin grip. It feels like the pen could roll in your hand if you scratch at weird angles. Verdict: Great back scratcher, just wish the company had made a wider grip for it. If they made a version with a wider grip I would buy a new updated version.
