Quality is not OEM but works well.
Fits my 2007 Trailblazer. This is a single spray versus the standard dual spray. Spray pattern is good. about at eye level. On the Trailblazer (I've only done it on the driver's side) you need to loosen the angle nut and remove the wiper arm, then lift the plate just enough to remove the hose from the barbed end of the syringe. There are two latches on the atomizer (top and bottom) but my old atomizer broke. Wow, it came out in pieces.
