I hired them for technical support with my splunk platform because they were able to help me understand some of the data that was not making sense in regards to some reports that we used. They helped us troubleshoot issues so that I could keep up with the reporting from the app without any hiccups or delays. There really isn't anything that I dislike about their service but if you do have questions feel free to contact them as well! Their customer service is great and responsive when ever it's needed. We had an issue where one of our users was having trouble connecting via VPN to use Splunk and this made it extremely difficult to perform searches through the App. From what I can tell from my research there wasn't much else that would be causing these kinds of errors other than something specifically related to the user trying to connect over the VPN. Being able to easily resolve those issues has allowed me more peace of mind. It's been beneficial in knowing that they are always keeping close eyes on whatever problems might arise or potentials issues at any time. The best part is the support team. They are always there for you and help you out every step of the way. The pricing is a bit high for some small companies. We are a small enterprise and still get charged for everything. I would say this is a great option for companies who need to scale easily. The support is awesome. We moved our logs into Splunk and it was a breeze.
