1. This protein powder tastes good, but it's very sweet! Too much comfort. I mix mine with a scoop of Jarrow's Unflavored Protein Powder or add a little coffee to tone down the sweetness.2. It doesn't thicken at all after mixing. I use water to mix it in and it's very runny, like drinking a cup of tea. Others I've used tend to thicken a little making the cocktail heavier.3. Annoyingly, this cocktail also settles very quickly, requiring you to shake or stir it as you drink it. It doesn't really contain any more protein than other brands, it just uses a larger scoop. So it's not really cheaper, as this nearly £2 container packs significantly fewer servings than other £2 brands. Buyers beware of the marketing strategy used here.
