I bought this to use in my Cricut projects. This is my first time doing a project and I have no idea how to work without it! I was sad to see that it had to be plugged in at all times, but figured it might be worth a try using one of my rear batteries since it's USB powered. I had 25% battery left and lasted several hours before I had to plug the lightbar onto the wall. it's a shot!
