I used it on my 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage ES 4 Door Manual Transmission Sapphire Blue and it fits perfectly. Not only does it make speaker upgrades easier, but it also makes it easy to restore factory speakers when it's time to part ways. While not necessary when replacing speakers, being able to easily perform a factory reset is important to me. Other items I have used are Pioneer TS-A1686R Series A 6.5" 350w 4-Way Speakers and SCOSCHE SAMI651 2007 - Top Mitsubishi Outlander, Mirage Speaker Adapter. Using all three made updating the factory speakers very easy. Thanks to that I don't have to worry about a bad cable connection and certainly didn't have to cut anything in the car for this upgrade.
