Fits Mitsubishi Mirage

I used it on my 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage ES 4 Door Manual Transmission Sapphire Blue and it fits perfectly. Not only does it make speaker upgrades easier, but it also makes it easy to restore factory speakers when it's time to part ways. While not necessary when replacing speakers, being able to easily perform a factory reset is important to me. Other items I have used are Pioneer TS-A1686R Series A 6.5" 350w 4-Way Speakers and SCOSCHE SAMI651 2007 - Top Mitsubishi Outlander, Mirage Speaker…

Pros
  • Speaker connector fits some Toyota vehicles
Cons
  • Doubtful

Easy connection Best car accessories Accessories

I installed a pair of Pioneer 6x9 speakers on a 2009 Tacoma base. These wiring harnesses make installation easier if you don't want to shorten your existing Toyota wiring harness. You simply connect the speaker wires to the speaker (big to big, small to small) and connect the wire harness to the existing Tacoma wire harness. I wish the speaker wires were a bit longer so I can tape them together and tape them to the door frame to prevent flapping from a loose wire.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Protection

Do not trust the list provided!

My car was on the list of cars to match. If you're making a list for a product you make, I think you should have the right list. Guess what. I bought them with the information they provided and went to install and guess what. Not even close. So I warn everyone. It won't fit a 1998 Toyota Camry and the ends wouldn't match the speakers anyway. Don't waste money on something you can't get back.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Fits wiring harness but not all speakers.

The product does not have a detailed list of applicable uses. They will fit 2011 Tacoma door speakers, but not tweeters. Toyota connects the speakers in parallel, so the line goes to the tweeters (with a 4-pin connector) and then sends the signal to the midrange (with a 2-pin connector). This product only works with 2-pin speaker terminals. Looks like Metra left us alone on this one. I couldn't find the Metra connector for the tweeters. You have to splice. There are no returns for this product.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Nothing

Cable too short and section too small

Connector fits 2007-2014 Tundra. Your doors, the wire gauge Metro uses is probably too small and the length too short. If there is no room for a crossover near the woofer, these wires are too short. I threaded the connectors with 14 gauge wire and added about 10 inches of wire to make them work properly. FYI - when installing speakers in a 07-14 Tundra there is a pocket in the door. Panel just behind the armrest for the crossover. If I were to do it again I would just go to the Toyota…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • New competitors available
