I like that it is broken down into small sections so you don't feel overwhelmed with all of this information at once! It makes for an easy transition to new employees who may have limited experience in their field as well as more experienced individuals wanting or needing training refreshers after time away from work (or not working). The material provides great insight about what works best when approaching clients/customers; how they react under pressure & gives suggestions on ways to better manage them during conversations - allowing me focus my efforts elsewhere without getting frustrated by unproductive customer interactions.<br /><strong>Improvement areas</strong>: None- but if there were any improvements made then these would be helpful additions too.</span></p>. The instructor was very knowledgeable about the subject matter of the course. He would pause to make sure we understood his points and he made it easy for us to connect with him personally. I think the price is a bit steep but worth every penny if you want to be successful in sales. It will help you build trust with customers when they are not familiar with the product or service you are selling.
