Review on WORX WX051 Pegasus: The Ultimate Folding Work Table & Sawhorse for Every Handyman by Keith Desjarlais

Surprisingly good quality and very useful

I usually write reviews when I've had a product for a while and can test its durability. But after using this Pegasus for a few hours, I thought I'd share my first thoughts on it with you. ABS plastic is thick and feels durable. The strut is reinforced with aluminum, which increases structural integrity. There are small pockets on the surface, which can be used to store small items such as screws or a pencil, which is convenient. The clamping system works well. At first I thought it would be cumbersome and not as versatile as Craig's suggestion. But after putting the 2x4 U frame on the grinder I was impressed! I have included several images showing the product in various orientations with the clamps and pawls provided. The wood was strong enough that I could use a random orbital sander to finish the edges and surfaces. I like built in storage for everything. I don't think I'll move mine much, but it's nice to keep things together. This was something the Kreg Mobile Center lacked, which I found odd. What I don't like about the Pegasus is that the bottom of the fenders don't have a flat spot to attach hand clamps to when in a vertical position. . But to be honest I haven't used it much in this capacity. Maybe that's not such a big problem. Also, the bottom folding shelf isn't very strong, but Pegasus competitors don't have that. In general I like them a lot. It is ready to use out of the box and offers a variety of material handling options. And it all folds into one compact unit for storage or transporting it from the garage to work indoors. Finally, there is a way to connect an extension to the bottom of the Pegasus. I don't think I'll ever use this feature, but I can see how it might come in handy. Hope that was helpful! I'll most likely ditch my fellow Black and Decker in favor of goodwill as it just overwhelms him.
