Easy to use and helps keep calls organized

The ease in which I can edit my scripts, it also gives me stats about how many people are answering each script as well if they answered or not so easy too track! It would be nice for automated calling software like this one have more features such us auto-responders etc but i think its great at what we need now with just these 2 things alone! Great tool when you want call centers without needing an agent by your side all day long :) You don't get any help from agents who might answer questions/talked sales during breaks & lunch time unlike phone center where there's always someone available 24hrs 7days days!!
