Its smooth.not to liquid and not to thick
I use this paint to paint concrete statues.its my favorite so far.it sticks like glue .goes on perfectly smooth with no runs or lumps.and it lasts in the sun also.i hope this helps people.its my favorite paint so far. I've only used 3 brands though
