This device is very comfortable to wear for 12 hours. The audio quality is good and I like that I can mute the device in addition to muting the computer. The only downside is that it's wired. Yes, I knew I was coming in, but it makes it hard to get up, have coffee, and stretch. I'm using this as a backup now, having bought a Bluetooth device that has comparable sound quality, allows me to have coffee while on the phone, and ends up being a bit cheaper. Updated 10/27/2020. I have enjoyed using this daily base with my computer. Unfortunately the microphone stopped working after 3 months. It doesn't turn off with the toggle, nor in the apps I've tried using. I tested it with both my computer's audio configuration and with Zoom. I got fed up in another USB port and still nothing. Other USB devices will work on both ports. I even restarted my computer, the device has no visible damage. I hope the seller can help.
