The most comfortable headset I have ever used at work

This headset is very comfortable. I really liked the clip and the cable was a good length. Unfortunately, although I could hear perfectly on my end of the line, people on the other end of the line complained that the sound was poor, fuzzy or clear, and that it was going in and out. I assume that I have a defective item. I wish it worked properly because it's the most comfortable headset I've ever used at work. I would like to rate it higher, but the quality is very important.

Great for Zoom meetings - allows you to have a normal conversation without disturbing the household!

I'm teaching middle school students virtually during the pandemic and these headphones/mics allow me to speak normally, a little quieter, without disturbing the rest of the household! They are very light and comfortable, less obtrusive and less intrusive than large gaming headsets. Once I'm comfortable with the microphone's range of motion, I can quickly and easily turn it on and off. Recommend!

SUITABLE for working at home

I bought 10 of these units for my home support team. They do not cause any problems on either Windows or MAC systems. Works great with our Ring Central Softphones! Good clarity and noise reduction. Very happy with my purchase

Amazing quality! Great product and seller!

I work in a call center, the quality is excellent! The noise cancellation is great, I can hear the client clearly and so can they! No interference! Well! Who doesn't care about the lack of a mute button.

Not bad headphones! I use them for my work from home so there wasn't too much noise around me that I had to turn off. I receive incoming calls as a CSR, so a mute button is REQUIRED as my company's online calling software does not have a mute button. When I first got these headphones the mute button worked perfectly and I was able to cough or sneeze if I had to. After about a month, the night button stopped working. Better than the Jabra bluetooth headset I have at work

It was so easy to use I didn't even need an installation guide. I was able to just plug it into my USB port and my computer installed it. I was able to make and receive calls in just a few seconds. The sound was crystal clear; I didn't have to turn up the volume to hear the client. I no longer receive complaints about background noise. I no longer have to speak very loudly to be heard. Good economical choice for a wired headset - not much now

This device is very comfortable to wear for 12 hours. The audio quality is good and I like that I can mute the device in addition to muting the computer. The only downside is that it's wired. Yes, I knew I was coming in, but it makes it hard to get up, have coffee, and stretch.
