Supplement for my dog

Added to a product of my Labrador due to suspected dietary cardiomyopathy. The noisy breathing that he had had at rest for the last few years disappeared after 48 hours. The condition appears to be worsening in some breeds and may be associated with non-grain (but otherwise good quality) feeds. The good news is that heart failure in taurine-deficient dogs appears to be rapidly reversible. There is no obvious risk with high doses of supplements, but consult your veterinarian.
