Poorly made

This tool belt would be fine if it didn't fall apart after just a week of use. In the first week, 2 rivets popped out and the thread separating the largest bags completely unraveled. It's all of normal wear and tear. There were no significant events preceding the opening of the rivets. I examined the failed rivets and they looked like they were never installed properly. The materials are of good quality but that doesn't matter as they are poorly assembled.
