The best balloon filling in welding machines
For filling balloons from a helium tank. It works but I had to hold the rubber nozzle open and then slowly open the cylinder valve. When my bottle valve is at least a little open, then I open the rubber nozzle, it makes a hole in the bottle. Too much concentrated pressure that the balloon cannot handle.
