I’ve always been a sweaty sleeper and I don’t have air conditioning in my bedroom. Now add menopause night sweats & hot flashes and it all equals nights endless discomfort, restlessness and interrupted sleep. After trying assorted bedding to help alleviate some of my overheated, (& not in a good way), nights- I stopped hoping for relief. Then while shopping on Ebay I came across these sheets, with many glowing reviews- so I bought them. Firstly, they are so soft on either side, the silky side no my skin when you need cooling and the light delicate fleecey side if it’s a little cold. I win either way. These sheets wick away the sweat and help me sleep cooler and more comfortable than I have in 10 years. I recommend these to all my fellow sweaty sleepers.
