I love this brand and have been sleeping on silk pillows for over 30 years to prevent wrinkles. I bought their covers for 19, 25 and 30 moms. Thanks to the many silk threads and beautiful packaging, model 30 is a wonderful gift for a wedding, but the number of colors is limited. If that's too expensive for you, stay with 25 mommy. 19 Momme is too delicate in my opinion and won't last long. I always hand wash my covers and let them air dry and they last a long time. I'm sticking with 25 and 30 Mami cases and prefer this brand to others I've tried. So does it prevent wrinkles? I always protect myself from the sun with good quality sunscreen and large hats; sleep 8 hours a day; do regular facials and scrubs; Include avocado oil, collagen, and ground flaxseeds in your daily green smoothies. work out regularly (hot yoga, hot pilates, hot barre, and hot training camp; and sleep with my silk pillowcase every night. My silk pillowcase is another tool in my fountain of youth kit and I also love the soft feel of silk against my skin. So far there aren't any wrinkles and I am over 50 years old.
