*** EDIT 4/21/21 *** After posting the one star review below I was able to contact you in the Company. The company also contacted me. I have to say the customer service was excellent. They responded very quickly, regretted the problems we encountered and immediately offered to fix everything. They offered to refund the money or send a new faucet. Then they sent us a new faucet (another, updated model) for free the same day. We received it in just a few days and the new faucet is working great so far. It hasn't even been a month since the new one was installed so fingers crossed it continues to work well. Previous Review: The sink is beautiful but we are very disappointed. My husband and I had our plumber install it just a month ago and it's already leaking. Water leaks through the switch box under the sink and even the plumber doesn't know how to fix it without replacing the entire faucet. It really stinks because other than that issue the sink is really great and works great in everything else. I also tried contacting the seller because the item description says if you have a problem and contact the seller they will do their best to help. However, I don't see an easy way to contact the seller? This part is clearly defective and we should be able to get a replacement.
