I cook with capers a lot and whoever decides that the neck of EVERY BRAND should be 1 inch wide obviously doesn't use capers. This little gem saved my sanity! Glass in a bowl so you don't lose the liquid by scooping out what you need and then trying to return the rest in the glass through the ridiculous hole without sloshing the liquid onto the counter (because capers don't fit through a funnel , Naturally). For the price, this is very valuable! And it has a tiny fork for baby pickles and other foods that come in small-hole jars. Definitely a must for home cooks.
